The Administrator of your personal data is Scaffolding Group Sp. Z.o.o operating in Goździków 2b street, 40-748 Katowice . Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause

1 Gdpr:

a) for implementation of the agreement before its conclusion or performance of that agreement. Providing personal data is voluntary but the refusal to do so, may result in preventing the contact and business relationship.

b) due to the legal requirements applicable to the Administrator ( as tax law, accounting acts) art.9 clause 1 RODO based on the prior consent or basis on the Administrator's legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 clause 1

c) for the purpose of marketing own products or services, pursuing or securing claims as well as defending against claims and on the basis of a separate consent pursuant to art. 6 clause

d) for direct products marketing or services of entities related to the Administrator (in the absence of consent, we will not perform direct marketing).
Time period for which personal data will be processing:
Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the agreement and fulfil the Administrator's legal requirements will be processing for the duration of the agreement, and after its expiry for the period necessary for after-sales customer service (as handling eventual claims), securing or pursuing any claims of the Administrator (up to 10 years) ), or fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation (as resulting from tax and accounting regulations).
Personal data processed basis on a prior consent will be implementing until they are revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Rights of the person to whom the personal data relates:
-the right to access your personal data,
-the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing;
-the right of rectification data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete;
-the right to delete data;
-the right to request the Administrator to limit data processing;
-the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Administrator and send it to another administrator;
-the right to object to data processing on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing;
-the right to complaint with the polish supervisory body as the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
-the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
-In addition to the complaint to the Polish Supervisory Authority, rights can be exercised, among others by email contact with the Administrator or to the address of the registered office.

Categories of data recipients

- business partners in the performance of the agreements (including e.g. agents, contractors),
- telecommunications companies,
- banks for payment performance,
- postal operators,
- carriers, handling correspondence received from customers,
- companies archiving documents,
- partners providing technical services (e.g. e-mails, development and maintenance of IT
systems and websites).

We do not apply automated decision making, including profiling referred to in art. 22 paragraph 1 and 4 of RODO law.
We do not forward information to a third country and / or an international organization
